Jessica Ginsberg joined Ginsberg Law Offices as an associate attorney in May, 2018. She is a 2013 graduate of Emory University and a 2018 honors graduate of Emory University College of Law. While at law school, Jessica also obtained a masters degree in bioethics and she is currently collaborating with one of her professors on a book about paired kidney exchanges.
Jessica will be working with Jodi Ginsberg in the workers’ compensation section of Ginsberg Law Offices.
In addition, she offers bioethics consulting services. Jessica works with individuals and families in need of advance care planning. This includes facilitating discussion with individuals and family members to identify and memorialize their wishes for end of life care, answering questions about the meaning and implications of end of life treatments, and helping individuals complete forms that reflect their desires in an accurate and legally compliant way. Such forms include:

-Advanced directives
-Durable power of attorney for healthcare
-Living wills
– Simple wills
